[The number of artist chosen to perform will be determined when RSMA receive all Nomination Forms]
- The Top Artists chosen will Perform at the Award Show & receive a Trophy
- Walk the Red Carpet, Photo Shoot and Interview by the Media.
- All Nominees will be placed on the School Tour Website.
- All Music Must Be Clean & Positive – No Profanity

Age: Teens – 13 to 17 & Adults – 18 to 25
Official Nomination
The requirements to be nominated, you must be able to Sing, Rap or Dance and have a History of Performances. Fill out and submit a Nomination Form include a Picture, BIO & Video/CD or DVD of your performance. All Nomination Forms must be completed and returned no later than JUNE 1, 2009, to be considered for Nomination.

All nominees are responsible for their own travel, accommodations and expenses.
All Nomination Forms will be submitted to the Nominating and Screening Committee for verification and eligibly. Nominees will receive a Letter stating they have been nominated. You will also receive a Talent Release Form; it must be signed and returned to the above address, all Artists must submit this form.

Voting
When all Nomination Forms are received with Pictures, Bio & CD [Deadline is JUNE 1, 2009] Forms will be given to the Official RSMA Screening Committee, a ballot of all the qualified Nominees will be put together and given to the Official RSMA Selection Committee [made up of Top Music Industry Executives] they will make the final decision on who will be RSMA’s Top Artists, based on talent, originality, performance, stage presence. They will also choose the number of Artist to Perform Live at the Award Show. There will be a Mandatory Rehearsal held for all Artists that are chosen to perform; you will be notified as to when and where it will be held. (Judges Decisions are Final).

Official RSMA Screening Committee.
1. “Rising Star” of 2009” [RSMA Artist of the Year Award]
2. “Alfred Clark” Award [Positive/Inspirational]
3. “The Legend Awards” [Some one who paved the way for young artist] Pioneers
4. “The Sheila Ferguson Award” [Most Committed] chosen by Ms. Ferguson.
